Redstone Insurance Services

The Challenge

Redstone Insurance Services, a member of the Redstone Federal Credit Union family, provides RIS customers and RFCU members a wide variety of insurance options. This means there are quite a few insurance providers and vendors to coordinate. They all want to send out direct mail, branch materials, email campaigns, and such. To help with the constant flow of marketing projects, RIS calls on JB Communications Group.

 

The Outcome

JB Communications Group is the main marketing point of contact for the insurance providers. We review the marketing materials from the providers to make sure it meets Redstone’s quality level, works with the branding, provides value to the members and communicates clearly. The gathering of approvals is also key to the process and includes routing the pieces through various corporate structures, knowing who needs to review which pieces and when. JB Communications also works with scheduling to ensure members and customers are receiving materials in a timely manner so they are not inundated with, then become blind to, these materials. We also follow-up with vendors to gather results and reporting.

In addition to vendor marketing management, JB Communications Group also provides copywriting, graphic design, print production and distribution for Redstone Insurance Services’ marketing materials, such as branch posters, brochures, event materials, and web graphics.
